Need to Make an Exchange?
If your order isn’t quite what you hoped for, we’re happy to help with an exchange. Just make sure the item is unused, in its original condition, and still has all the tags. Let us know within 20 days of receiving your package, and we’ll guide you through the process.
When Refunds Can’t Be Issued
There are a few situations where we won’t be able to approve a return:
- The product shows signs of use or damage.
- Tags or original packaging are missing.
- The return request is sent after the 15-day window.
- The item was on clearance or final sale and noted as non-refundable.
How to Return or Exchange
We’ve tried to keep the process simple:
- Send us an email at [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- Our team will respond with clear instructions and a return authorization code.
- Repack the item with care, making sure all tags and accessories are included.
- Ship it to either of these addresses:

Once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item, we’ll proceed with the refund or exchange, depending on your request.
Getting Your Refund
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method you used. It usually takes about 3 to 4 business days, depending on your bank.
